Walter has extensive experience in architectural design, construction documents, quality control, and construction administration services. Since graduating from the University of Houston, College of Architecture with a Bachelor degree in 1983, Walter initially explored a wide range of architectural practice, but gradually developed a desire to settle in the residential and multi-family housing sector. 

Walter has spent over 20 years working with multi-family housing industry leaders in Houston at both The Steinberg Design Collaborative and Wallace Garcia Wilson Architects. Against that backdrop, Walter joined The Clerkley Watkins Group to bring his experience into servicing the needs of the client during the construction administration phase of each project. 

With over two decades of comprehensive management experience in the construction phase, Walter has become an asset to the firm by creating positive Owner/Architect relationships during the critical phase of construction while exceeding the client’s expectations at every level.
