Originally established in 1986 as The Clerkley Group, Curtis W. Clerkley, Jr. and Edward H. Watkins founded The Clerkley Watkins Group in 2001. With a combined experience of over 100 years, our firm specializes in every type of multi-family housing, including student housing and senior living communities.
