Michael Golinski, AIA, RID
Senior Associate
Michael is a seasoned architect with extensive international experience, currently serving as a Senior Associate at TCWG. In this role, he seamlessly integrates design vision, project architecture, and management, guiding projects from concept to completion with both creativity and precision.
His career spans design, project management, and infrastructure leadership. He began as an intern at 1113 Architects before transitioning to Richard Davis, where he honed his expertise in high-end residential projects, blending meticulous detail with innovative design. Later, at Reiser Umemoto in New York, he contributed as a designer, securing wins in prestigious international competitions. His journey then led him to Garcia Associates and ultimately TCWG.
Beyond traditional architecture, Michael spent six years as Vice President of Infrastructure at Whitney International University System, leading large-scale institutional development initiatives.
His academic foundation is equally distinguished, holding undergraduate degrees in Art History and Spanish from Southwestern University, a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Science in Urban Design from The Bartlett at University College London.
Michael’s work embodies a synthesis of visionary design, strategic infrastructure planning, and urban development. Having lived and worked across Europe, Latin America, and the United States, his global perspective informs his approach to architecture and urbanism. His deep appreciation for diverse cultures and architectural traditions enhances his ability to craft impactful, contextually rich projects.
A registered architect and interior designer in Texas, Michael remains dedicated to shaping thoughtful, well-executed designs that bridge creativity and functionality.
