Edward H. Watkins has over four decades of experience in the field of architecture as a principal, project architect, project manager, and construction coordinator. Prior to the creation of The Clerkley Watkins Group, Ed was Director of Architecture for The Clerkley Group for 10 years. As a result of his successful accomplishments as Director, he helped to establish The Clerkley Watkins Group in 2001 with Curtis W. Clerkley, Jr.

As Principal and Director of Architecture for The Clerkley Watkins Group, Ed oversees architectural production – from project development to construction administration. He simultaneously manages numerous projects throughout the country, maintaining efficiency and quality service.

Ed’s areas of expertise include multi-family housing of all types, student living, active adult communities, high-rise office complexes, healthcare facilities, parking structures, restaurants and religious facilities. Specifically some types of housing projects include high-rise condominiums, townhouses, and multi-family apartment projects.
